Coast to Coast Services, Inc. is a marine employment service located on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Captain Gary Gardner recognized the need for matching qualified personnel with company crewing requirements and opened Coast to Coast in 1988. He has been able to match applicants with employers by utilizing a staff that has many combined years of actual licensed time in the marine industry, thereby assisting in reducing personnel turnover in the marine industry.

Coast to Coast Services is the largest marine employment service on the Gulf Coast. It has also been in business longer than any other service because the staff and management sincerely believe that excellent customer service is the most important part of our business.
